SPINACH BREAD image

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 loaves Rhodes frozen white bread dough
1 lb Italian sausage, ground
1 lb mozarella, shredded
1/4 c parmesan
1 small pkg frozen spinach (~16 oz)
Garlic powder, salt and oregano to taste.
Whipped egg white, to brush on top.

Steps:

  • Let bread dough thaw and rise per package directions. Brown sausage and drain. Cook spinach and cool. Mix with remaining ingredients. Spread out one loaf cookie sheet. Put 1/3 of sausage mixture in middle, dot with butter. Fold over dough, pinch edges closed. Brush with whipped egg white. Bale at 375 for 25 minutes. Extra loaves will freeze if well wrapped.
