Steps:
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 sec. to 1 min. or until crisp-tender. Add spinach; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or just until wilted. Remove from heat.
- Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl until blended. Add spinach mixture and remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 45 to 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
