- Lightly brush peeled shrimp with oil and season with salt and pepper. Cover all sides with bread crumbs. Skewer shrimp and grill for about 3 minutes per side. Divide shrimp and pasta among 6 plates. Cover with Lemon Butter Sauce. Lemon Butter Sauce: Sauté garlic and onion in clarified butter over medium heat until onions are soft. Add wine and lemon juice; turn the flame to high and reduce by three-fourths. Lower flame and slowly add cold butter one small pat at a time. Shake the pan continuously to blend the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
