- 1. Saute Celery, Onion and Carrots in 1 tablespoon of oil in a large saucepan until soft 2. Add the remaining ingredients EXCEPT the Cream and Cilantro 3. Bring the Soup to a boil stirring constantly then reduce heat to low 4.
