Bibigo Bulgogi Steak image

Number Of Ingredients 9

200 g Beef Fillet
2 sprig Spring Onion
1 Carrot
1 jar Bibigo Korean BBQ Sauce Original
15 g Green Chilli
10 g Red Chilli
8 g Sesame Seed
20 g Ginger
60 g Mirin

Steps:

  • TO MAKE THE STEAK SAUCE, Mix all the sauce ingredients (Bibigo BBQ Sauce, Green Chilli, Red Chilli, Sesame Seed, Ginger, Garlic, Mirin) in a blender and boil in a pot until the surface bubbles. Marinate the tenderloin with the sauce for 1 hour
  • Cut the Spring Onion into long pieces. Slice the carrot into circles (1cm thick) and slightly par-boil. Saute the spring onion and carrot.
  • Take the tenderloin out of the marinade and set it aside. Boil the remaining marinade and pour through a strainer to make the steak sauce
  • On a pre-heated pan, grill the tenderloin on both sides according to taste.
  • Put the grilled tenderloing on a plate and pour the steak sauce over the steak. Garnish with the spring onion and carrot.
