Steps:
- Bring large pot of salted water to boil, add noodles and cook. Rinse in cold water and drain. In small saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients except the noodles and cashews. Stir in 1/4 cup water. Cook over low heat, stirring until the cashew butter is melted. Do not boil. Sauce should have the consistency of thick cream. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Add sauce to noodles and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cashews and serve.
