Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350. Line 2 baking sheet with aluminum foil or spray with non-stick cooking spray 2. Combine crushed cornflakes in large bowl with paprika, salt, and pepper. 3. Lightly beat eggs with milk in a bowl. 4. Dip chicken in egg mixture, shake off excess, then into crumbs, coating well. Place on baking sheets, leaving space between pieces. 5. Bake, in batches, for 1 hour or until golden brown and cooked through. 6. To serve, arrange chicken on large tray and sprinkle with parsley
