1/2 cup red salsa
2 Tbsp. A.1. Original Sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
4 carrots, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 cups hot cooked rice

Steps:

  • Mix salsa, steak sauce and sugar; set aside.
  • Heat oil in wok or large skillet on high heat. Add meat; cook 3 to 4 min. or until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Add vegetables; cook 3 min. or until crisp-tender.
  • Stir in salsa mixture; simmer on medium-low heat 2 min. Top with nuts and cilantro. Serve over rice.
