SPANISH RICE/FIDEO
Steps:
- In pot add all ingrddients except for Rice/Fideo,Cheese and oil, set aside. In large frying pan heat oil then brown Rice/Fideo, add broth bring to boil, cover, lower heat and simmer 20-25 mins, remove from heat and let stand 5 mins before serving.
