SPAGHETTI WITH TRUFFLE OIL, GARLIC AND ANCHOVIES image

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 tablespoons truffle-infused olive oil, plus additional to add at the end if desired
1 large garlic clove, chopped
2 canned anchovies (or to taste), chopped
2 tablesoons chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves
1/2 lb. spaghetti

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a small saucepan, and saute garlic for 1 minute, or until it just begins to turn yellow. Add anchovies, and cook, stirring, for another 30 seconds. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain, and toss in a heated bowl with the hot oil and the parsley, until well mixed. Add more truffle oil to taste, if desired.
