Steps:
- heat oven for 350 lightly greese a jelly foll pan 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1. mix butter, sugar, and egg yolk. Measure flour with dipping method or by sifting. blend flour and cinnamon stir into butter mixture. pat into pan. beat water and egg white till frothy brush over dough. Then sprinkle with hazel nuts. Bake 20-25 min. or untill lighlty brown cut imediately into finger like strips.
