Soy Flour Pizza Crust image

This makes a nice thin and crispy crust. Finish the pizza by adding sauce, cheese, and toppings; bake until cheese melts.

1 ½ cups soy flour
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
3 tablespoons water, or as needed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a pizza stone.n
  • Stir soy flour, Parmesan cheese, and egg together in the bowl of a stand mixer; add water. Switch mixer attachment to a dough hook; mix, adding water as necessary, until a stiff dough forms. Roll dough out onto prepared pizza stone.n
  • Bake in the preheated oven until crisped, 15 to 20 minutes.n
