Steps:
- 1. Grease a 13 x 9 baking dish
- 2. Layer 1/2 the strips, chilis, sausage and cheese and repeat
- 3. In a boel beat the eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over and sprinkle with cheese.
- 4, Cover and refrudgerate overnight
- 5. Remove from fridge 30 mins before cooking
- 6. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
- 7. Arrange tomatos on top and bake for 10-15 mins longer
- 8.Let stand for 10 mins before cutting
- 9. Serve with sour cfeam and salsa
