Steps:
- Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions and peppers; cook 4 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Add macaroni, salsa and water; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min., stirring occasionally. Add beans; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Serve topped with cheese.
