Southern style burger image

What a burger!!

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 lb ground chuck
8 slice bacon
4 slice your favorite cheese
1 large purple onion, sliced
8 mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp olive oil & worchestshire
1/2 tsp coarse sea salt, black pepper, cumin
roasted tomatillo salsa
4 large toasted hamburger buns

Steps:

  • 1. Season & form patties. Cook bacon, saute onions & mushrooms, set aside.
  • 2. On inside griddle or outside grill, cook burgers till doneness wanted.
