Sour Cream Pancakes image

I make these almost every Sunday before Church, stick to the ribs..

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 c flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 c sour cream
1/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
11/2 c milk
1/3 c melted butter
2 eggs

Steps:

  • 1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, in another bowl beat eggs. Add milk, sour cream and butter; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour batter on hot griddle or skillet and cook.
  • 2. These are too good to waste..I cook all the batter and vacuum seal, after cool, and freeze..makes a quick breakfast on school days...these are so so good..
