Steps:
- 1. Prepare cupcakes per instructions on cake mix box. when cooled, cut off small portion of bottom of cupcake.(this will be frosted to use for the top of the snow globe). you might have to cut off a little off the top to level it to stand up even and flat. you will need to take off labels of round coke bottles, then cut off a portion of the top so it will fit over the top portion of the cupcake. You may need to practice on one first to make sure the opening isn't cut too big and fits just enough over the top portion of the cupcake. I used a box cutter. make a solution of sugar water to hold the sugar crystals inside the globe. sugar water is 1/2 water and 1/2 sugar. you will want to spray inside of bottle lightly with sugar water, be careful and don't spray front of bottle to be able to see decorations. Sprinkle white sanding sugar or sugar crystals around inside bottle and place on top of your decorated cupcake. and there is your snow globe cupcake.
- 2. I also sprinkled some sugar crystals on top of frosting to look like sparkling snow.
