Hot Lemonade image

I actually usually make this when I'm sick, but it tastes great on healthy days too! Adjust the sweetener up or down to suit your taste for tartness.

1 small lemon, juice of
1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute
8 -10 ounces boiling water

Steps:

  • Juice the lemon into your mug.
  • Add Splenda.
  • Top with boiling water, stir and serve.
