Snappy Cheese Ball image

Made this up for a get together and it was loved. Has a little snap but not too hot, hence the name.

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 - 8 ounce(s) cream cheese softened
2 tablespoon(s) butter softened
2 cup(s) sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon(s) tabasco
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
1 teaspoon(s) basil, dried
1 teaspoon(s) oregano, dried
1 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
1/2 lemon juiced
2 tablespoon(s) parsley flakes - optional

Steps:

  • Mix everything except sharp cheddar cheese for 1 minute with mixer then add sharp cheddar cheese and mix for 2 minutes.
  • Line a bowl with plastic wrap and scape cheese ball mixture into bowl wrapping plastic wrap tightly around the cheese ball. Set in fridge for at least 4 hours.
  • Roll in parsley if desired.
