Steps:
- 1. Get your smoker going and bring the temperature up to 235 - 250 degrees.
- 2. Prep your ribs if needed and rub the slab down on both sides with half a recipe of grillin' rub. Let rest 30 minutes while smoker is heating up.
- 3. Place slab meat side down. Smoke for 45 minutes.
- 4. Flip and smoke for another 45 minutes.
- 5. Bring them inside and place them on aluminum foil. Drizzle with the worcestershire sauce and wrap them.
- 6. Place back on the grill for another hour.
- 7. Bring them back inside and brush with your favorite bbq sauce.
- 8. Place them back on the grill to caramelize for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
