SMOKED SALMON SPREAD / DIP image

8 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup sour cream (if making dip)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp grated onion
1 tsp horseradish
1 1/2 cup smoked salmon, flaked or chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans or almond slivers
2 tsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients up to salmon. Stir in salmon. Transfer to serving bowl, or form into ball or log. Sprinkle nuts an parsley on top. Can be prepared up to 3 days ahead. Best served at room temperature.
