Slow-Roasted Tomatoes image

Yield 8 tomato halves

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise, seeds removed
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Marinate ingredients in bowl for 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Place tomatoes on baking sheet. Roast for two hours.
