Slow-Cooker Pot Roast with Veggies image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained
2 cups water
1 env. (2 oz.) WYLER'S MRS. GRASS Onion Soup Mix
2 jars (12 oz. each) HEINZ HomeStyle Savory Beef Gravy, divided
1 beef bottom round roast (3 lb.)
2 WYLER'S Instant Bouillon Beef Flavored Cubes
3 cups mixed fresh vegetables (sliced carrots, cut green beans and chopped red potatoes)

Steps:

  • Combine tomatoes, water, soup mix and half the gravy.
  • Place meat in slow cooker; top with bouillon cubes and tomato mixture. Cover with lid.
  • Cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours (or on HIGH 6 to 7 hours), adding vegetables and remaining gravy for the last hour.
  • Transfer meat to cutting board; cut across the grain into thin slices. Place on platter; surround with vegetables. Serve topped with gravy mixture.
