Steps:
- Combine tomatoes, water, soup mix and half the gravy.
- Place meat in slow cooker; top with bouillon cubes and tomato mixture. Cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours (or on HIGH 6 to 7 hours), adding vegetables and remaining gravy for the last hour.
- Transfer meat to cutting board; cut across the grain into thin slices. Place on platter; surround with vegetables. Serve topped with gravy mixture.
