Steps:
- Use vegetable peeler to cut 4 strips of peel from orange; place strips in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray. Cut orange in half; squeeze juice over strips.
- Add dressing, ketchup, crushed pepper and cornstarch; mix well. Stir in chicken; cover with lid. Cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours (or HIGH 2 to 3 hours).
- Stir sugar and vinegar into chicken mixture. Sprinkle with onions.
