Steps:
- 1. Place the chicken in a slow cooker. Add the chicken broth and 1 tsp. Italian seasoning. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours until the chicken can be shredded. Pour out the chicken broth and add the chicken back to slow cooker.
- 2. Mix the butter the remaining Italian seasoning, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and garlic. Place on top of the chicken and cook in slow cooker 30 more minutes until the sauce is creamy and cheese is melted. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper
- 3. Meanwhile cook the pasta, noodles or rice. Serve the chicken mixture over the pasta and garnish with basil
