CREAMED CHICKEN & BISCUITS image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
½ c milk
(½ t poultry seasoning, ¼ t pepper)
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Steps:

  • Bake biscuits according to pkg directions. Combine apprx 2 c shredded chicken & rest of ingredients in saucepan. Cook over med heat 10-15 min until thoroughly heated, stirring often. Split hot biscuits in half; spoon chicken mixture over biscuit halves.
