Slow Cooker Cheesy Creamy Corn image

Pour it all in and let it cook on low-a great side dish

3 bag(s) frozen corn, thawed
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
2/3 c shredded mild cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp butter, sliced
1/2 c heavy cream or half and half
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
dash(es) cayenne pepper, optional

Steps:

  • 1. Spray the inside and sides of a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 2. Add the ingredients in order listed and stir.
  • 3. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours, stirring every hour.
