Steps:
- INTO A SERVING LARGE BOWL, FINLEY GRATE THE ZEST FROM 2 LIMES. SQUEEZE 1/2 CUP JUICE FROM ALL LIMES. WHISK IN THE OIL, HONEY AND GARLIC POWDER UNTILL WILL COMBINED.
