Steps:
- Prepare fettuccine according to package directions.
- In a small sauce pan slowly warm heavy cream and butter until butter is melted.
- Once butter has melted gradually stir in the cheese, stirring constantly. Be careful not to add too much cheese at once to prevent clumping.
- Stir salt and pepper into sauce, and toss with cooked pasta. Serve hot.
