- 1. Heat brown sugar, margarine and water over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- 2. Cut potato patties in half.
- 3. Wrap each half potato patty in one crescent roll triangle.
- 4. Place into baking dish (use non stick cooking spray)
- 5. Pour mixture over rolls.
- 6. Bake at 350 until golden brown.
