SIMPLE SPINACH CASSEROLE image

2 10-oz packages frozen, chopped spinach
1 stick margarine or butter
1 8-oz package cream cheese
1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing (smaller pieces are better)

Steps:

  • Cook and drain spinach. In a casserole, mix the spinach with the stick of margarine or butter and the package of cream cheese. (It is easier if you have left them out of the refrigerator for a while or soften them in the microwave.) Sprinkle the crumbs on top and drizzle or dot with butter. Bake uncovered @ 350*F for 30 minutes. Can make up to 2 days in advance - reheats well.
