Simple Corn Pie image

My grandmother always made this but she used her own pie dough. I again am very lucky to live near Anish country so I buy theirs frozen and just thaw and roll. Refridgerated is also fine. Served with a side of smoked sausage or whatever you like. Hope you try it.

2 refrigerated pie crusts or your own
1 can(s) 15oz creamed corn
1 can(s) 15oz whole corn kernels
2 hard boiled eggs chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Cut 3 slits in top crust. Place pie pan on cookie sheet to catch possible spillage. Bake for 40 min. until top crust is done. Cover edges with foil if they are getting to dark.
