1 cup butter
1 cup cocoa
3 or 4 large eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup plus 1tbsp flour
Optional:
broken up Score bar, chocolate covered rasins, nuts,
Top with whipped cream flavoured with instant coffee icing or hot chocolate powder

Steps:

Melt butter and mix in cocoa. Add eggs (extra egg if more cake-like brownies are desired) and sugar. Mix really well - creaming together. Add flour and whatever options you have chosen - barely mix. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes in a buttered pan. Serve warm with ice cream. For a cake, bake in a 9" round cake pan, once cool cut cake through the middle. Ice and fill with barely sweetened whip cream flavored with instant coffee. (best served cold) To really fancy it up, I fill and top the cake with milk chocolate mousse, covered with a dark chocolate ganache
