SOUR CREAM PEACH CAKE
Steps:
- Cream sugar and shortenng until light and fluffy. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Combine dry ngredients. Stir into sour cream mixture. Fold in peaches. Turn into bundt pan. Bake at 180 C until cake springs back when pressed lightly (about 40 minutes).
