This is a simple twist on rice. It can be eaten as is or top it with a Meat or Vegetable stew recipe that I have posted. I also ate this growing up with just plain yoghurt on top. Yummy!

Steps:
- 1. Fry vermicelli in butter or olive oil until golden.
- 2. Add rice, water & salt.
- 3. Bring to a boil, then cover & simmer about 30 minutes or until tender & water is absorbed.
