Weight Watcher's Crazy Crust Pizza image

By modifying the Crazy Crust Pizza crust recipe on this site, I added some toppings and came up with a tasty and easy to make Pizza. 1/4 pizza is 7 Weight Watchers Points.Modified from: Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano or italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1egg, lightly beaten
2/3 cup milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a rimmed pizza pan or baking sheet with Pam.
  • In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt, oregano and black pepper. Mix in egg and milk; stir well. Spoon batter onto prepared pan and add enough flour to make it easy to spread with fingers.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until crust is set.
  • Remove crust from oven. Add 1 8 oz can Pastorelli's pizza sauce, mushrooms, green peppers, 17 pieces of turkey pepperoni and 1 cup low fat Mozzarella cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
