This is super simple to make and will make it to your list of comfort food favorites. I use fresh baby bella mushrooms. I like panko instead of regular bread crumbs for that extra crunch, and cant forget the Manischewitz egg noodles. I find them to be the best. Ready in 35 minutes.

Steps:
- 1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions.
- 2. Preheat oven to 425 F (220 C)
- 3. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, onion 1 cup cheese, peas, tuna, soup, and mushrooms. Transfer to 9x13 baking dish, and top with the remaining cup of cheese and panko bread crumbs.
- 4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
