Steps:
- Cream butter and 2 cups sugar. Add eggs blending well then sour cream and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. fold dry igredients into creamed mixture and beat until just blended. do not over mix. Mix pecans, 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon. pour half of batter into a greased 10 inch bundt pan. sprinkle with half of pecan mixture. add remaining batter and top with remaining pecan mixture. bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done.
