EASY VEGETABLE POT PIE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 (10.75oz) can condensed cream of potato soup
1 (15oz) can mixed vegetables, drained----I use frozen or fresh (raw) veggies
1/2 c milk
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 (9") frozen pie crusts, thawed
1 egg lightly beaten
*optional cooked turkey or chicken breast

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 2. In medium bowl, combine potato soup, veggies, milk, thyme, black pepper, and optional cooked meat. 3. Spoon filling into bottom pie crust and cover with top crust, crimp edges and seal. Slit top crust and brush with beaten egg. 4. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 10 mins before serving.
