Shrimp scampi is a personal favorite. However, I decided to get a little creative & create my own garlic sauce. Of course, I had to taste test it as any normal chef should & it was delicious! I hope you all think the same cuz my family sure did!

Steps:
- 1. Thaw shrimp in cold running water for 5-7 mins.
- 2. Make sure pasta is thoroughly cooked & drained.
- 3. To make Garlic Sauce: Mix milk, butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder together & boil for approx. 5 mins until it thickens a little.
- 4. Put pasta back in its pot. Mix in the shrimp.
- 5. Carefully pour garlic sauce over pasta & shrimp. Top with Italian seasoning to garnish. Enjoy!
