Steps:
- 1. Melt the butter. Add mushrooms and onions, Saute until tender.
- 2. Stir in shrimp. Add the whipped cream and parmesan cheese. Stir all together and pour into casserole dish.
- 3. Pour bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Serve over pasta or a grilled steak.
