Shrimp or Crawfish Etouffee image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 stick real butter
1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 can(s) golden mushroom soup
1 can(s) rotel tomatoes, diced original
1 large cleaned and deveined shrimp or crawfish tails

Steps:

  • 1. Sauté onion and bell pepper in butter until soft. Add soup and tomatoes, stir well and let simmer for 10 minutes Add seafood, let simmer another 10 minutes Serve over rice with French bread
