Steps:
- Line a shallow pan with foil & spray with Pam Cut up Asparagus into 2" pieces & add to pan Add Cherry Tomatoes Sprinkle with olive oil & salt & pepper Cook in oven at 400 for 5 minutes In a small bowl, add shrimp and spices, and mix so all are covered Push asparagus & tomatoes to one side of pan and then add shrimp, making sure to scoop out all the spices Top vegetables & shrimp with 4 pats of butter Return pan to oven & cook for about 6 minutes until shrimp is opaque Squeeze juice from lemon over shrimp, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve. Can accompany pasta, quinoa, rice, etc.
