SHRIMP, ARTICHOKES & MUSHROOMS WITH LEMON PASTA image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup plain yogurt
1 package cream cheese
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
1 pound shrimp
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or 1 teaspoon dried.
1 tub fresh mushrooms, sliced.
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel.

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed but add juice of one lemon to water. 1. Mix yogurt, cream cheese, lemon zest, salt, mushrooms, shrimp, artichoke hearts and chives in large saucepan. 2. Cook over low heat until cream cheese has melted and mixture is hot. 3. Toss with pasta and sprinkle more chives on top. 4. Serve immediately.
