Grilled Salmon image

Try this at your next BBQ and you'll be the talk of the town! Amazing flavor...

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 salmon filets
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/2 c lemon juice
4 green onions, finely sliced
3 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
1.5 tsp fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Place salmon in a shallow dish.
  • 2. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • 3. Set aside 1/4 cup for basting; pour the rest over the salmon.
  • 4. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Drain, discarding marinade.
  • 6. Grill salmon over medium coals, skin side down, for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • 7. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade.
