Steps:
- Sautee 4 of the shrimp and a filet and a half of the fish. Beat the egg and then puree the leftover fish and shrimp along with the onion, garlic, green onion, and the remainder of the ingredients/spices/egg in a food processor. Add flour as neccessary to thicken and dry the batter. Flake the sauteed fish and chop up the cooked shrimp. Gently fold this into the puree. Form into patties and sauté in a pan until brown on both sides. Serve on whole wheat buns with Corn and Red Pepper Relish.
