Shirleys Strawberry pie image

My family loves strawberry pie. we like the baked strawberry pie.I like this recipe

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 c fresh strawberrys cut in half
1/4 c all purpose flour
1 1/2 c sugar
1 to 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
2 pie crust
MY PIE CRUST RECIPE IS POSTED

Steps:

  • 1. Toss strawberrys with flour,sugar,pour into pie crust, dot with bits of butter.Top fruit with lattice or plan crust . pinch and crimp edge, slash top crust to vent. Bake in a 450 oven for 10 min;reduce oven heat to 350 and bake 40 to 45 minuties. serve a room temperature.
