Seasoned Crackers image

Goes really good with summer sausage or just to snack on. I have included the basic recipe, you can experiment and add or take away spices to suit your taste buds. If you want a cracker that goes with chili, add chili seasoning....you get the idea *smiles*

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 box saltine crackers
1 pkg dry ranch dressing
1 1/2 c canola oil
2 tsp greek seasoning (opt)
2 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp crushed peppers
2 Tbsp minced onions

Steps:

  • 1. Place crackers in a gallon jar that has a seal tight lid.
  • 2. Mix all the seasonings into the oil.
  • 3. Drizzle the seasoned oil over the crackers.
  • 4. Place lid on jar. Rotate jar tossing the crackers around until evenly coated.
  • 5. Turn out onto a cookie sheet lined with paper towels and let sit for little bit so the crackers absorb the oil.
  • 6. Store in an airtight container or ziploc bag.
