Steps:
- To begin, you will need a large mixing bowl. Rinse shrimp meat of ice or standing water in a strainer. Place the shrimp in the bowl.
- Place the crab meat on a plate and begin pulling apart, full pieces of meat is optional. Place the crab meat and the cheese in the bowl with the shrimp.
- Cut the chives up in small pieces. Mix all the ingredients together. Mix in the mayonnaise. Be careful not to place in too much, it will give it a bitter taste (taste before adding more).
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Serve cold.
