Ingredients

1 Tbsp Beau Monde seasoning salt
1 Tbsp Old hickory smoked salt
1 tsp summer savory
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash of tabasco
1 cup vegetable oil
3 boxes cereal--cheerios, rice/wheat/corn chex or crispix, your choice
2 cans mixed nuts (I don't like some of the nuts in mixed nuts so use peanuts and cashews)
2 cups pretzels (I use 1 bag of pretzel sticks, rings or tree shaped)
3/4 lb butter

Steps:

Mix dry and liquid spices together, add to oil in blender or food processor. Mix well. Let stand for 1 hour, blend occasionally.
Divide cereal, nuts and pretzels between 2 large roaster pans in layers, cereals, nuts, pretzels. Pour spice mix over with large spoon, stir cereal mix frequently and re-blend spice mix occasionally. Divide cut slices of butter over cereal mix.
Bake in 250 degrees F oven for 45 min, stir every 15 min. Cool. Store in air tight containers.
